Summer Series: Holding Center in the Light

Five monthly gatherings. A practice of staying rooted inward as the pace of life expands outward.

“Light cannot see inside things. That is what the dark is for—minding the interior, nurturing the draw of growth.”- John ODonohue

Summer carries a natural sense of movement—

longer days, fuller schedules, outward expression, and lingering light. In this season, it’s easy to fill our calendars, to move quickly, sometimes away from ourselves.

This series is an invitation to remain in relationship with your body, your breath and your intention within the fullness of summer—to meet expansion without losing your ground, to move outward without leaving yourself behind. Each class explores a different facet of this balance—from grounding and inward listening, to opening and releasing, stabilizing and resting into stillness.

Held inside the temple space of the barn, we will gather together to gently engage the energy of the season, while continually returning to the intelligence of your body as a place of resource and rhythm

The Rhythm of the Gathering

These are small, therapeutic, invitation-only classes designed to support a more intimate, inward experience. Each 90-minute gathering is limited to 10 participants. If you have someone in mind to add to these invitations, please share my email with them and have them reach out to me directly.

Arrival

Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow time to settle. Thank you for parking in our driveway and not outside the fence or anywhere that might impede our neighbors’ flow in/out of their driveways.

You are invited to walk from your car to the temple space above the barn in silence, beginning your inward journey as you arrive.

Inside, you’ll find a mat and props prepared for you. You are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. Please bring a water bottle. You can refill this in the kitchenette below the temple space. If you would like to enjoy chai after practice, please also bring your own mug or thermos

Before practice begins, I ask that the space be held in silence free from socializing, allowing each person to remain in their own experience. This time is yours to rest, stretch, meditate or sit quietly before we begin--let the temple space hold you as you draw inward.

Closing & Connection

We will close each class in savasana, accompanied by the sound of gem-infused crystal singing bowls. When the bowls come to rest, the practice is complete.

You are invited to move slowly from stillness, leaving the temple space quietly, and make your way downstairs for chai and time in the garden for connection.

Out of respect for the land and animals, we ask that all gates remain closed.

If you feel called to spend a moment with the horses, please find me and we can check in together to see if Winnie and Sol are available for connection.

Pricing & Registration

$30 per class

Due to the limited size of these gatherings, advance registration is required. Because each space is limited in size and intentionally held, registrations are nonrefundable
